I asked for assistance with my mother and was told no one was available and to ring the bell and someone would come when they were free. Twenty minutes later the bell still ringing I returned to the station and found a male nurse and a female nurse chatting and ignoring the bell.

Nurses always attend to patients when - they're called or needed. But I must say treatment is too slow and I feel doctors are scared to provide proper medications to avoid risk of prosecution. As for the food I think things needs to improve.
